Question by Amanda S: Bankruptcy lawyers for phoenix and tucson? My husband I just moved here as he got PCS here from another state. When we got here we had thought it would not be that hard for me to find a job but I have had no success for 6 months and now we have bills that are due next month and we are not able to pay. We have to file bankruptcy. I was wondering if anyone in the Tucson area could help me find a good laywer that is reasonably priced as we do not have a lot of money. I have met with one lawyer but he wanted $ 1800 is there anyone cheaper? When you call they will not give me a price they have to set up a consultation. There you will find out what you need to to to prepare (this will save you some money) and they also provide information if you want to file pro se (on your own) which can be done with a lot of work.
